I was very disappointment with Nepal's performance in the tournament. Expected them to thrash all the teams but if it was not for rain against USA Nepal would have probably remained at Div-3.

But Nepal managed to win despite Paras Khadka not performing as par - especially with the bat- that and Gyanendra Malla finally getting a century in the international cricket were the big positives for nepal in the tournament.

I think you are under-estimating the talent at this level Arun. Malaysia, USA and Uganda have both beaten decent sides in ODI or T20 cricket in recent times - Afghanistan, Canada/Scotland and Kenya/Namibia respectively. Singapore and Bermuda have in turn had wins against those teams. Nepal would have gone up even had they lost to the USA, and didn't play to their potential, so that is a good sign. But WCL2 will be hard; there are no easy matches, and a couple of bad games will see them relegated.

Kind of wish we had some video of the matches, have a feeling there's something we're missing with regards to how some of the matches turned out - namely the impact of Jermaine Lawson, also the bizarre tactics (or non-tactics) of Bermuda.
